The item must be inspected immediately upon opening the package on the delivery date and before any handling, test-fitting, installation, or use. The tritium vial must be checked in a completely dark environment to confirm normal glow, and the borosilicate glass tube must be carefully inspected for any cracks, chips, or other visible damage.
The delivery date and time shall be determined solely by the carrier's tracking information and delivery confirmation record. Any issue must be reported to us by email no later than the end of the day following delivery. If any defect is found, photos of the defective tritium vial or glass tube together with the original packaging must be provided. Claims reported after this deadline will not be accepted.

If you select No Tritium (Shell Only - No Glow), you receive the titanium capsule and keyring attachment without a tritium vial, for customers who already own vials or want to source their own.
We recommend inspecting every vial as soon as you receive it. Here's how to verify yours in a few simple steps:
- Find a completely dark space โ a closet or bathroom with lights off.
- Place the vial in total darkness. Let your eyes adjust for 30 seconds.
- An intact vial glows steadily on its own โ no light charging needed.
- No glow or needs light to activate? Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Every tritium vial and borosilicate glass tube is individually inspected before shipment. The item must be inspected immediately upon opening the package on the delivery date and before any handling, test-fitting, installation, or use. The tritium vial must be checked in a completely dark environment to confirm normal glow, and the borosilicate glass tube must be carefully inspected for any cracks, chips, or other visible damage.
The delivery date and time shall be determined solely by the carrier's tracking information and delivery confirmation record. Any issue must be reported to us by email no later than the end of the day following delivery. If any defect is found, photos of the defective tritium vial or glass tube together with the original packaging must be provided. Claims reported after this deadline will not be accepted.
Because both the tritium vial and the outer glass tube are fragile glass components, any item that has been handled beyond initial inspection, test-fitted, installed, or otherwise used is not eligible for warranty coverage, replacement, refund, or compensation.
